The Plant and Hire Aid Alliance has received donations of 264 pallets of aid for Ukrainian refugees and we need help to get them out there.

The load includes 11 pallets of flour, 245 pallets of hospital grade universal and detergent wipes and 8 pallets of hospital grade bandages.

The items will be delivered to the Slovakian/Ukrainian border where Rotary International will co-ordinate the distribution of supplies as required.

The flour will be delivered to charity bakeries in front line villages.

The medical products will be delivered to hospitals in the Kharkiv region.

The trucks can be double stacked (except for the truck with the flour). 5 trucks are needed at 52 pallets a load.

The cost of getting each truck to the border is £3,500 and we’re looking to raise £17,500 to move the stock.

We’ve got a track record of delivering aid to those that need it. In the last 2 years the Plant and Hire Alliance has delivered £4.5m of aid. At Christmas the Prime Minister wrote to us with a Point of Light Award recognising the work that our industry has done. Links to reports of our work are below:
